In this role you drive the commercial growth and adoption of ACM digital health solutions across Western Europe, partnering with hospital systems and healthcare leaders to advance connected care. You shape strategy, lead a growing team, and orchestrate multi-year partnerships to scale digital health, interoperability, and data-enabled clinical technologies. You'll influence product strategy with customer insights while ensuring long-term value for stakeholders. This is a high-impact, leadership-heavy position in a global healthcare leader, with travel across the region to engage customers and teams.

Responsabilità

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for digital health, connectivity, analytics, and software-based solutions in Western Europe
• Lead and develop a growing team of professionals
• Structure, negotiate, and close multi-year strategic partnerships and enterprise agreements
• Advise healthcare leaders by assessing workflows, priorities, and digital maturity to align solutions with goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions (hardware, software, services, connectivity)
• Accelerate deployment in hospital IT environments via interoperability, data integration, and workflow optimization
• Influence the future direction of ACM's digital health portfolio using customer insights to guide innovation and product strategy
• Champion long-term customer success to maximize value of digital health investments
• Travel approximately 70% for field-based engagement across the region

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in digital health or related fields
• Deep understanding of healthcare IT, interoperability, data integration, cloud-based environments, and regulatory/privacy/cybersecurity requirements
• Proven success commercializing enterprise digital health solutions in complex healthcare environments
• Ability to develop and execute winning commercial strategies with value-based selling and market access
• Ability to influence executive, clinical, operational, financial, and IT stakeholders through complex decision-making
• Proven leadership in building and aligning high-performing cross-functional teams across regions
• Strong executive presence and relationship-building with healthcare leaders and partners
• Knowledge of acute care clinical workflows and connected care environments (desirable)
