KEY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Lead and concretely roll out new IT Integrations projectsCover IT Operations and Maintenance activitiesProvide technical leadership within an architecture discipline on assigned initiatives/projects.Work and coordinate external development teams to ensure that both architecture and code developed for the required deliverables meets documented standardsCreate and enhance standards/best practices and drive adoption across the technical teamPartner with IT Director to deliver within the defined budget and timingCoordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate data migration and integrationKEY REQUIREMENTS:Ability to understand and apply standard solutions and best practices to create a scalable, resilient, and agile integration environment that is suitable for growth (i.e. new markets, mergers/acquisitions, evolving system landscapes, etc.).Prior involvement in the development of a service-oriented architecture (SOA), with knowledge of the principles involved in design and development is highly desirable.Prior involvement in e-commerce and omnichannel initiatives is highly desirableExperience of interfaces design and methodsExcellent knowledge of Database Manipulation Languages (i.e. SQL) and ideally good working knowledge of PL/SQLKnowledge of API REST/SOAP, ESB (webMethods, Mulesoft), ETLxcellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skillsAbility to manage multiple, changing prioritiesUniversity degreeAbility to communicate results/customers' insight at business levels facilitating action plans definitionExcellent oral and written communication skillsAt least 3-5 years working experience in an IT environment, either in a consulting or in a structured corporationFluent in English and Italian (other languages are a plus)Curious and Flexible individual
