Position Context
The Investor Relations (IR) Intern reports to the Investor Relations Director.
Campari Group offers a unique opportunity to join its Group Investor Relations team and gain first‐hand exposure to the dynamics of a global publicly listed company. Working at the intersection of finance, strategy, communications and executive leadership, you will help articulate the company's growth story to investors and analysts around the world.
This internship is designed for high‐potential individual seeking a challenging and rewarding start to their careers. You will work alongside experienced finance professionals, engage with strategic business topics and gain insight into how management teams, investors and financial markets interact.
Mission
The mission of the role is to support the IR team in the transparent and timely communication of Group strategy, results and other topics to the financial community by participating in all the internal activity related to this end goal.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Support the preparation of earnings presentations, press releases, Q&A documents and other materials used to communicate the Group's strategy and financial performance to the investment community
Contribute to the preparation and execution of earnings calls, investor meetings, and roadshows, including participation in relevant meetings
Monitor analyst research, investor feedback and market expectations to identify key themes shaping the company's equity story and valuation
Conduct competitive benchmarking and strategic analysis of global consumer goods and spirits companies, tracking industry trends and business performance
Support shareholder analysis, valuation monitoring and capital markets reporting
Maintain investor database, contact lists and CRM systems and update the Investor Relations section of the Campari Group website (www.camparigroup.com)
Perform ad‐hoc research and other tasks as needed
Key Relationships
Internal: Finance departments (incl. Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting), Corporate Communications, Legal and Public Affairs departments as well as Marketing and Business teams.
External: Investors, Analysts.
Education & Skills
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
Interest in capital markets, finance or corporate communications
Strong analytical capabilities and intellectual curiosity
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
