Job Summary
The International Product Sales Manager – C-Arm is responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and product adoption of C-Arm imaging systems across the International region (Asia, EMEA, Latin America & Canada). This role works with the regional sales and service teams to drive the business by combining strong regional execution with product expertise. The role closely collaborates with the Global Sales and Product Marketing team to ensure that the Regions have all the information necessary to execute the selling cycle. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the C-Arm market, strong experience in medical imaging sales, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally to maximize business results.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop Go to Market strategies in collaboration with each region.
- Provide regular market intelligence and sales projections to management.
- Support marketing initiatives, including workshops, conferences, and trade shows.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Work with the Regions and Regional Business Partners to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Support the full sales cycle as needed by the Regions in particular for lead generation, product demonstrations, and post-sale follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for C-Arm systems and related accessories within the assigned territory.
Product & Clinical Expertise
- Act as the subject matter expert for C-Arm products, features, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct product presentations and clinical demonstrations for surgeons, radiologists, and hospital staff.
- Conduct product presentations and trainings to Carestream and its channel parterns' employees.
- Collaborate with product and application specialists during trials, evaluations and installations.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, service, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution and healthy demo units distribution and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Radiology or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of commercial &/or marketing experience in radiology capital equipment with at least 6+ years in C-Arm systems. Deep knowledge of C-Arm technology and interventional imaging workflows.
- People management experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
- Strong analytical and CRM skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with clinicians and hospital leadership.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the International Region (up to 70% travel).
