The Automation & Intelligent Operations Lead function accelerates efficiency and quality by building and operating AI- and rules-powered workflows—owning the triage automation, enabling Cost Pricing for Commercial, and implementing the RFI–RFP assistant with strong guardrails and reliability. This role integrates automations natively into Hub Spot and Jira to reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, and provide clear telemetry for continuous improvement. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Implementation, and Operations to translate business rules into robust automations with measurable outcomes and human-in-the-loop controls.Location: EMEA RegionWhat's the opportunity?Own the intersection of Delivery and intelligent automation. You'll lead the triage AI agent, partner on CPQ enablement for Commercial, and implement the RFI–RFP assistant—shipping measurable outcomes with robust reliability and guardrails. You'll integrate automations natively into Hub Spot and Jira to reduce cycle times and increase quality.What will I be doing?Lead the triage automation lifecycle: translate business rules and Hub Spot deal attributes into models/workflows, define precision/recall targets, build evaluation datasets, and run shadow/A‐B tests; implement human-in-the-loop review in Jira with feedback loops back to rules/models.Partner with Product/Engineering on CPQ: encode Delivery rules/guardrails, define acceptance criteria, validate pricing/packaging logic, and instrument telemetry; integrate with Hub Spot as needed to reduce Delivery touch time while managing risk.Implement and continuously improve the RFI–RFP assistant: retrieval quality, prompt/guardrail management, audit logs, red‐teaming, and performance benchmarks; align with Delivery AI Principles.Build lightweight automations for Delivery ops: Go‐Live checklisters (Hub Spot/Jira), MPAD validators, Guru freshness bots, SLA breach alerts; integrate via APIs/webhooks into Hub Spot, Jira, Slack, and CRM.Define reliability SLOs, incident response, and roll-back plans for automations; pipe telemetry to dashboards and partner with Insights on instrumentation.Maintain technical runbooks; drive an automation roadmap tied to ROI and OKRs; apply PM skills to scope, deliver, and iterate automation projects.What skills do I need?6–8+ years in automation/AI operations, Rev Ops, or product-oriented ops, delivering rules/ML/LLM-powered workflows in production.Hands‐on with workflow automation and API integrations across Hub Spot and Jira (webhooks, automation rules, custom fields/properties, status transitions).Familiarity with LLM/RAG patterns (prompting, evaluation, guardrails) and experimentation methods (offline eval sets, shadow/A‐B testing, post‐launch monitoring).Ability to translate ambiguous business rules into robust, testable logic with controls; comfort instrumenting telemetry and operational metrics in Hub Spot/Jira.Strong cross‐functional leadership with Product/Engineering/Data; clear technical writing and runbook discipline; PM skills for planning, risk management, and delivery.Nice to have: CPQ/quote‐to‐cash experience; incident management/SRE‐style reliability practices.What do we offer?Remote work: work from anywhere or one of our offices around the globe*Flexibility: we have flexible schedules and we are driven by performance.Fintech industry: work in a dynamic and ever‐evolving environment, with plenty to build and boost your creativity.Referral bonus program: our internal talents are the best recruiters - refer someone ideal for a role and get rewarded.Learning & development: get access to a Premium Coursera subscription.Language classes: we provide free English, Spanish, or Portuguese classes.Social budget: you'll get a monthly budget to chill out with your team (in person or remotely) and deepen your connectionsd Local Houses: want to rent a house to spend one week anywhere in the world coworking with your team?
