Advertisers reach new consumers in brand-safe environments with engaging formats and sustainable, reliable results.The company was founded by Ilhan Zengin, Mario Tiedemann, and Dennis Kirschner in 2016 with headquarters in Berlin and employs almost 350 people worldwide in 25 strategic markets throughout Europe, the Nordics, LATAM, the US, and Asia.What You'll Take Charge OfAs an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working closely with our Publisher and Ad Operations teams:Support the onboarding and day-to-day management of new publisher partnerships, troubleshooting issues as they ariseAssist in preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews for key publisher partnersAct as a point of support between internal Ad Operations teams and publishers, helping ensure smooth communication and fast response timesContribute ideas for new video content topics in line with publisher needs and performance insightsCollaborate with supply teams across different markets, sharing learnings and contributing to optimization strategiesWhat We're Looking ForExtracurricular internship for 6 monthsInterest in video advertising, digital media operations, ad operations, or account management (experience in video advertising is a strong plus)Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (native-level proficiency is a plus)Passion for technology, digital media, and the startup environmentFamiliarity with the terminology and concepts of online advertising and emerging technologiesBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and VAST/VPAID is preferredProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power PointStrong analytical and numerical skills, with interest in KPI analysis and performance metricsStrong people skills and the ability to build productive relationships with colleagues and partnersWe strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the criteria.
