Overview
As a Senior Process Engineer in Wood's Life Sciences division in Milan, you will lead process teams and shape the design of pharmaceutical facilities across API, biotech, and fill/finish scopes. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating with clients and suppliers to deliver compliant, high-quality projects. You'll apply process engineering expertise to mass/energy balances, PFDs and P&IDs, and ensure delivery aligns with ISO standards. This role offers global collaboration and meaningful impact in health-related industries.

Responsabilità
- Lead and coordinate small to medium process teams
- Concept, Basic & Detail Design for pharmaceutical facilities (API, OSD, biotech, fill/finish)
- Prepare/review project deliverables (mass/energy balance, PFD, P&ID, data sheets, specs, equipment lists, layouts, utilities)
- Interface with other disciplines, clients, and equipment suppliers
- Collaborate within a team, sharing workload and covering absences
- Contribute to work in accordance with ISO quality and environmental management systems
Requisiti fondamentali
- MSc in Chemical, Process or Biotech engineering
- Leadership and coordination skills
- Knowledge of typical pharmaceutical processes (API, OSD, biotech, fill/finish) and related norms
- Knowledge of functional/mechanical features of process equipment used in pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work across multi-discipline teams
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Eligible to work in Italy
