About the Role:

Institute Itech is seeking an experienced and people-driven HR Manager to build, lead, and continuously develop the Institute's human resources function at a pivotal moment in its international growth.

The HR Manager will serve as the primary HR reference point for Institute Itech's leadership and staff, overseeing the full spectrum of people operations — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance across multiple geographies.

The selected candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, contributing not only to the day-to-day HR function but also to the strategic people agenda of a fast-scaling, internationally oriented research and technology institute. The role requires someone equally comfortable designing HR frameworks from the ground up and managing the human dimensions of a complex, multidisciplinary organization.

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Organizational Development

  • Define and implement Institute Itech's HR strategy in alignment with the organization's international growth roadmap
  • Design and maintain organizational structures, reporting lines, and workforce planning frameworks
  • Advise executive leadership on people strategy, talent priorities, and organizational design decisions
  • Support the development and scaling of HR processes, policies, and systems as the organization grows

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead and oversee the full recruitment cycle for all roles across technical, scientific, administrative, and executive functions
  • Define hiring strategies, sourcing channels, and selection methodologies appropriate to each role and geography
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with department heads and project leads to anticipate and address hiring needs proactively

Onboarding, Performance & Development

  • Design and manage onboarding programs that ensure rapid integration and cultural alignment for new hires across geographies
  • Implement and oversee performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and career development planning
  • Identify training and development needs across the organization and coordinate relevant initiatives
  • Support managers in handling performance-related conversations and development plans
