The Opportunity The Assistant Campus Director supports the daily operations of the campus while helping deliver an exceptional experience for students, faculty, and community partners. This position plays a key role in student recruitment, retention, advising, and campus communications while building strong relationships with civilian and military organizations. The Assistant Campus Director serves as a campus leader and assumes responsibility for campus operations in the absence of the Campus Director and/or Associate Campus Director, ensuring University policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities Support the daily administrative and operational activities of the campus and serve as acting campus leadership when needed.
Promote University programs and services through recruitment activities, college fairs, community outreach, military briefings, and other marketing efforts.
Build and maintain effective relationships with local civilian organizations, military representatives, and Education Services Officers.
Provide student services including academic advising, counseling, unofficial evaluations, degree mapping, and student account follow‐up.
Support student recruitment and retention efforts through regular communication with prospects, applicants, new students, and continuing students.
Maintain accurate student records and data in Campus Solutions and Campus Imaging.
Complete registration, end‐of‐term, student account, and other campus actions accurately and on schedule.
Monitor enrollment trends and assist with identifying opportunities to support campus growth and student success.
Ensure University policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.
Assist with monitoring campus budgets, expenditures, and financial activities while safeguarding University assets.
Maintain campus audit readiness and support financial and operational reporting requirements.
Provide administrative support, including phones, email, mail, supply orders, faculty support, and daily campus operations.
Ensure classrooms, facilities, and EagleVision spaces are prepared and maintained for instructional use.
Prepare accurate reports, correspondence, and documentation for University and external agencies.
Participate in required training and effectively utilize University systems, tools, and resources.
Demonstrate sound judgment, problem‐solving skills, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent student service.
