Overview

In this role, you will drive IT cost planning, governance, and contract lifecycles within Amplifon's Global IT organization. You'll own end-to-end processes with autonomy, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement, and act as a reference point for junior team members. You will collaborate with finance, procurement, legal, and tax to keep IT management transparent and business-aligned. The role offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholder engagement and a chance to shape IT governance practices at scale.

Responsabilità

  • Support IT budget and forecast tracking, cost control and reporting with accurate reconciliations
  • Coordinate Global IT Procure to Pay process, including purchase requisitions, intercompany cost split, goods receipt and forecast reconciliation
  • Support compliance activities (policy adherence, vendor and contract governance, internal controls)
  • Coordinate periodic reporting and audits, producing structured, error-free deliverables
  • Maintain and monitor IT governance frameworks and procedures, ensuring consistency and currency
  • Continuously improve processes via checklists, templates, and cross-checks

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Degree in a STEM discipline (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems) or related field
  • At least 5 years in management control, IT cost control, IT governance in a multinational environment
  • Hands-on experience preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion (or another ERP) and Power BI is a plus
  • Familiarity with audits, tax credits or public/EU funding is a plus
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and contract lifecycle is a plus
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and ISO/IEC 27001 is a plus
