We are looking for a highly motivatedFinance Analystto join our Finance Department in Milan and support theFinance Directorinmanagingandimprovingthe company'sfinancial performance.The ideal candidate will have approximately5 yearsofexperience , a stronganalytical mindset ,excellentcommunication skills inEnglishand agoodknowledge ofFrench , together with a solid foundation inaccountingandfinancial processes.The position will focus exclusively on thefinancial managementof theforeign subsidiaries.Requirements :•DegreeinEconomics ,Finance ,Accounting.FluentEnglish(both written and spoken) – daily communication with international stakeholders.Knowledge ofaccountingprinciples andfinancialreportingstandards( IAS / IFRS ).Previous experience in theAdministrationdepartment in aFinancialService s company.Experience in anauditingfirm (Big Four experience preferred) is aplus.MainResponsibilities :Manage and coordinate all financial activities related to foreign subsidiaries.Support in Budgeting and Forecasting activities for international entities.Perform Cash Flow Analysis and monitor liquidity trends across subsidiaries.Prepare and manage financial reports for corporate bodies (e.g., Board of Directors).Collaborate with the Accounting Department on monthly closings and financial statements of foreign companies.Contribute to the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statements and internal reporting.We Offer :A stimulating and international work environment in Milan.Direct exposure to top management and decision-making processes.Opportunities for professional growth and learning.Employment contract and compensation package based on experience.Location:MilanAvailability:ImmediateAdditional information:
