Senior ControllerA key role in ensuring accuracy and consistency of economic and financial data, supporting the CFO in strategic decisions and process optimization.Main ResponsibilitiesManage product cost accounting and full industrial costing.Analyze variances, margins, and production KPIs.Handle monthly and quarterly closings with intercompany reconciliations.Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Support the management consolidation process.Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and other departments for cost control and evaluation of new projects.Improve information flows and analysis tools (ERP, BI, advanced Excel).RequirementsDegree in Economics or Management Engineering.5–8 years of experience in industrial and financial controlling.Knowledge of cost accounting principles, OIC/IFRS standards, and consolidation processes.Excellent command of Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Business Central or similar), and reporting/BI tools.Good knowledge of English.Soft SkillsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Ability to work cross-functionally.Proactive approach and continuous improvement orientation.We offer: A central role in a musical, technological, and dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and real impact on the company's financial results.
