We run a transformation at a fast pace and are onboarded on the accelerating elevation journey that will lead us to the clear destination of being the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house in image and products, above the competition, the most exclusive one.MISSION :As part of the Guerlain Italy Team, the intern will actively support Guerlain's Business Analyst in the management of the following activities:Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and reporting data to increase general sales productivity and controlTracking and analysis of sales figures: sell-in, sell-out (by axe/retailer), managing daily, weekly and monthly reportsNPD analysis about Market / Competition / Top CitiesAnalysis on benchmark and sell-out potential for new products' launchesFollow-up analysis on new launches performance vs targetAnalysis on door productivity, profitability and on KPIsManaging business intelligence topics, reports and analysis for all departments (marketing, sales, merchandising, retail, training)Ad hoc analysisSupport sales team presentations during CanvassPROFILE :Master's degree in Economics/Business/Management EngineeringExcellent analytical skills and data-driven mindsetProactivity, problem solving, precision, attention to detailDynamic and flexible person with good time management skills and teamwork approachProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, Power Point)Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is considered a plusExcellent level of English and Italian
