CATL's EV battery consumption volume has ranked No.1 in the world for eight consecutive years and global energy storage battery shipment has also ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products responsible for.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.- Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.Customer & Partner Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.- Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.- Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.Reporting & Forecasting:- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.- Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).- Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:- Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals.- Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service enhancements.Team Leadership & Development:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (Account Executives, BDRs, etc.).- Set clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.Requirements:1、 Bachelor or master degree or above, major in science and technology, major in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, automation is preferred;2、Has strong decision-making skills, able to quickly make accurate decisions and implement effective solutions when dealing with complex situations and urgent issues.3、With some work experience and a basic understanding of the new energy market.4、Possess good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, able to communicate directly with foreign clients; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.5、Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, promote team collaboration, able to accept overseas business trips, candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.
