We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Order Specialist to join the team of our partner, a telco multinational company based in Vimodrone.

This is a junior-to-associate level position focused on supporting our daily procurement operations, managing vendor workflows, and executing essential administrative tasks.

What We Offer

  • Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract managed through Randstad Italia, with a realistic potential for renewal.

  • Compensation: Competitive salary package ranging between €30,000 and €35,000 gross annual salary, commensurate with experience. Annual bonus related to the performance and €8/day ticket restaurant

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement Operations: Manage general procurement activities based on internal Business Unit needs.
  • Order Management: Prepare purchase order documentation and support suppliers through the entire process, from initial quotation to final billing configuration in the system.
  • Tracking & Delivery: Monitor ongoing purchase orders to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with contract management, document archiving, and general operational support.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of general working experience (experience in procurement or supply chain is preferred, but not strictly required).
  • Language Skills: Native Italian speaker with fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Education: University Degree in Business Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Mindset & Soft Skills:
  • Strong willingness to handle hands-on administrative and support tasks.
  • Autonomous, organized, and structured approach to daily work.
  • Proactive, \"can-do\" attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Prior experience or comfort working within Asian business cultures is a plus.
