Position:
We are expanding our Legislative Compliance – FGAS and Thermal Cadastre division and seek an intern . You will provide essential support in documentation handling, customer support, and regulatory verification.
Key Tasks:
Process and respond to client submissions concerning compliance duties;

Review, validate, and prepare technical and administrative files for FGAS standards and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE) ;

Manage data entry and synchronization on regulatory portals and internal systems.

Collaborate with technical experts to safeguard regulatory deadlines and legal commitments;

Travel to premises for inspections and field assistance when project needs arise.

Requirements
Technical diploma, preferably in Thermal/Plumbing , Energy , Mechanics , or comparable;

Eager to dive into plant regulations and statutory compliance;

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word proficiency required);

Organized, precise, and highly attentive to detail;

Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong client-service focus;

Open to dual responsibilities involving office work and on-site client interactions.
