Description
Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to invite applications for the role of Italian Speaking Entertainment Services Advisor. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and customer service, and who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an Entertainment Services Advisor, you will assist Italian-speaking clients in navigating a range of entertainment options, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries regarding entertainment services, including events, activities, and bookings.
Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, addressing issues and queries efficiently.
Use your knowledge of the entertainment sector to make recommendations based on client preferences and interests.
Manage and process bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated clearly to clients.
Stay current with trends and new entertainment offerings to enhance customer interactions.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Gather customer feedback to contribute to the ongoing improvement of services offered.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Strong communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A passion for entertainment and crafting excellent experiences for clients.
