Our retail chains, present in nine countries, include TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Winners, Home Goods, Sierra, TK Maxx and Homesense.A crucial part of our Company is represented by our Global Buying Offices, where resident buyers and sourcers purchase goods locally and scout regional markets looking for exciting products for our stores.Global Buying Offices in Europe are present in Italy, UK, Portugal and Spain and we have Associates also in Poland and the Netherlands.Prepare and participate in market trips, both domestically and internationally.Contribute to defining purchase quantities in line with OTB guidelines and store presentation needs.Monitor trends, assortments, and pricing through store visits and competitive analysis.Evaluate products and brands based on style, quality, price, and market positioning.Manage negotiations and purchasing within established parameters, taking full responsibility for your assigned category with guidance from the MM/BM.Conduct analysis and reporting to support seasonal strategy development and identify key business trends.Proficiency in Italian and English is essential.Previous experience as a Buyer, preferably within the apparel category, is considered a plus.Microsoft Office knowledge with specific focus on Excel.Comfortable with frequent international travel.
