OverviewROLE: Business Development Manager — Permanent and full-timeTHE GOAL: The main goal of the Business Development Manager is to source, generate and maintain new business opportunities for Kelly Deli. The role focuses on accelerating expansion and growth in Italy by seeking contact with and visiting potential stores, introducing our concept, and with an entrepreneurial mindset identifying future revenue streams. This requires a respectable background in sales where you can utilize your network.WHO YOU WORK WITHDepartment: Business DevelopmentReporting to: Head of Business DevelopmentWorking with (external and internal relationships): Key Accounts & Business Contacts Retail, Cross-Country Growth Department & Country Manager ItalyResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new possible customersActively search for new opportunities & new retailersBuild and maintain relationships with current customersMeeting and exceeding your targetsWork with several functions of the business to generate business targetsAbout UsKelly Deli, founded in 2010, is an innovative and rapidly expanding food retail and restaurant company.
