Overview
As a Deal Strategy Senior Consultant in Rome, you help clients unlock value through M&A analysis, synergy quantification, and post-deal integration. You work closely with lenders, shareholders, and management to define strategy and track value creation levers. The role blends strategic planning, due diligence, and execution support across pre- and post-deal phases. You'll use digital tools to inform decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity to shape deal outcomes within a supportive, development-focused firm culture.

Responsabilità
- Support Business & Strategic Planning with C-level executives to quantify improvement actions for investors
- Conduct Business & Commercial Due Diligence analyzing market dynamics for potential targets
- Identify and review synergies in pre- and post-deal phases and support tracking models
- Lead synergy assessment and execution from quantification to implementation and monitoring
- Define and drive Day 1 Readiness, D100 Integration plans, and Target Operating Model in Integration & Separation Office
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategy/business development in industry
- Master's degree in business subjects; additional post-graduate courses in data science, analytics or digital innovation preferred
- Strong interest in pre- and post-M&A activities
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and KPIs
- Excellent Italian and English verbal and written communication
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of data analytics tools; Power BI and Qlik preferred
- Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
