Mercor is seeking a Regulatory Law Expert on a contract basis. The role centers on designing regulatory compliance programs, guiding agency investigations, and handling enforcement actions, with a remote work arrangement.
You will own regulatory matters, draft reference memoranda and filings, and develop rubrics to distinguish authentic regulatory judgment. Requires 5+ years as a regulatory attorney and a JD with bar admission, plus fluency with regulatory tooling.
