Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Maintain a strong internal control system to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Tax Compliance: Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with Italy tax regulations, filing accurate tax returns, and minimizing tax liabilities while adhering to legal requirements. Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and intercompany transactions, while streamlining processes for greater efficiency.
