Here, you'll build something that lasts: a trusted platform and a new standard for an industry that has waited decades for one. Mission Own quality across web, mobile, and AI pipelines. Build the QA function from theground up so Now Vision can ship fast without breaking trust with clients.

Responsibilities

Define the overall QA strategy: manual, automated, regression, releasemanagement Build automated test coverage across web, mobile, pipelines and APIs Define quality processes for AI/ML outputs (eval datasets, accuracythresholds, regression checks) Own release readiness, bug triage, and quality metrics Hire and grow the QA team over time Must-have 5+ years in QA, including hands-on test automation and at least somelead/management experience Strong with modern test frameworks for web (e.g., Playwright/Cypress) andmobile Experience defining QA processes in a fast-moving startup environment Comfort working alongside ML/AI teams on non-deterministic systems Nice-to-have Experience in safety-critical, regulated, or enterprise B2 B products.
