Role Description

We are looking for an Architectural Product Specialist who understands architecture and design workflows and is excited about helping professionals get real value from AI.

This is not a traditional customer support role. Your primary responsibility will be to help customers understand what is possible with Rendair AI and teach them how to incorporate the platform into their day-to-day workflows.

You will conduct live product demonstrations, onboarding and learning sessions, showcase practical architectural use cases, and help customers identify the Rendair tools and workflows that can save them time or improve the quality of their work.

You will become an expert user of Rendair AI and act as a bridge between our product and the professionals using it. Because you will work closely with customers, you will also provide valuable insights to our Product and AI teams about how architects use the platform, where they encounter friction, and what capabilities could create additional value.

What You'll Do

• Conduct live product demos for architects, designers, firms, and other prospective or existing customers.
• Lead onboarding and educational sessions that help users become proficient with Rendair AI.
• Understand a customer's existing architectural or visualization workflow and recommend ways Rendair can improve it.
• Showcase practical use cases across architectural visualization, concept development, design iteration, presentations, image generation, video, and other AI workflows.
• Create compelling examples and demonstrations that show what is possible with the platform.
• Help customers move beyond individual features and discover workflows that create meaningful value for their projects and businesses.
• Become a highly proficient Rendair AI user and stay up to date with new tools, features, and AI capabilities.
• Gather insights from customer conversations and communicate recurring needs, opportunities, and product feedback to the Product and AI teams.
• Help create educational materials, tutorials, webinars, and best-practice content.
• Occasionally assist customers with product questions when needed, while keeping the primary focus on education, adoption, and value discovery rather than traditional support.

Qualifications

• Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Visualization, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and visualization workflows.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently.
• Comfortable presenting software and conducting live demonstrations with customers.
• Curious about AI and excited to experiment with new tools and workflows.
• Ability to quickly become an expert user of a complex creative product.
• Strong visual judgment and understanding of what makes architectural imagery compelling.
• Comfortable speaking directly with architects, designers, and other industry professionals.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Professional experience working at an architecture or design firm.
• Experience with tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, Blender, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar.
• Experience with AI image-generation or visualization tools.
• Previous experience conducting software demos, training sessions, workshops, or client presentations.
