As a Chef de Rang at our esteemed hotel restaurant, you will be a vital part of delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will be an essential member of our Restaurant team, responsible for providing attentive service,anticipatingguest needs, and ensuring every meal is a memorable occasion. Mainduties:
- TablePreparationandMaintenance:Setting and clearingtableswithprecisionand style,ensuringallnecessaryequipment,crockery, andcutleryareprepared;
- Guest Service Support:Assistingthe Chef de Rang and Demi Chef de Rang inservingfood and drinks, andensuringguestsreceivecourteous, prompt, andefficientservice;
- HygieneandCleanliness:Maintaininghigh standardsofhygienethroughoutthediningareasand service stations,includingcleaningdutiesasperrota;
- Guest Interaction:Welcomingguests with a friendlydemeanor,assistingthemwithseating, andanticipatingtheirneeds.
Requirements
- Previousexperiencein arestaurantor hotelenvironmentisbeneficial;
- A strong senseof ethics, responsibility, and dedication tohigh standardsof service;
- Exceptionalattentiontodetailand ameticulousapproachto service andpresentation;
- Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills;
- Abilityto workeffectivelyaspart of ateam;
- Flexibilityto handlechangingsituations and workefficientlyunderpressure;
- A Good knowledge of English and Italian is beneficial;additionallanguages (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.
