Your Impact

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the Retail business of Cassina, Cappellini, Karakter and Zanotta across Europe, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences throughout the region.

In addition to your regional leadership responsibilities, you will serve as the global owner of Retail Excellence, defining the strategic direction and worldwide standards for retail operations, customer experience, visual merchandising, and store planning across all Brands. Your vision will shape how the Brands are presented globally, ensuring a distinctive, consistent, and premium customer journey across both Directly Operated Stores and the international network of monobrand dealers.

Working in close partnership with regional commercial teams, you will ensure the effective execution of these global standards across all international markets, adapting them to local business needs while preserving the identity and positioning of each Brand.

You will also work closely with Wholesale and Custom Interiors to foster commercial synergies across channels, creating an integrated go-to-market approach that strengthens customer relationships, supports architects and designers, Corporate and Global Accounts, General Contractors, and private clients, and drives sustainable business growth.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for a broad range of strategic and operational activities, including:

• Define and execute the Retail strategy across Europe, ensuring alignment with the company's global commercial objectives while driving sustainable sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Define the global Retail Excellence framework, establishing worldwide standards for retail operations, customer experience, visual merchandising, and store planning, and ensuring their consistent implementation across Directly Operated Stores and monobrand dealers worldwide.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the European retail organization, partnering with Country Retail Managers and Store Managers to drive performance through coaching, business reviews, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive the expansion and evolution of the retail network by supporting new store openings, refurbishments, investment plans, and the consistent execution of the Brand's retail standards.
• Foster commercial synergies across Retail, Wholesale, and Custom Interiors, developing business opportunities with private clients, architects and designers (A&D), General Contractors, Corporate Clients, and Global Accounts.
• Develop annual budgets, sales forecasts, and strategic business plans, ensuring sound financial management, reporting, compliance, and the achievement of commercial objectives.
• Partner closely with HR, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to develop retail talent, enhance customer engagement, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, architects, developers, and other industry stakeholders, acting as a senior ambassador for the Brands.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer excellence across the European retail organization while supporting the implementation of global retail initiatives.
