In this role, we can offer a full-time role, with flexible working arrangements, such as hybrid working, adjusted working hours, and other alternative working patterns.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on commercial, regulatory, and operational matters.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (service contracts, joint ventures, concession agreements).Ensure compliance with EU and local laws, including competition, sanctions, export controls, and environmental regulations.Support corporate governance and legal entity management across the region.Manage external counsel, disputes, and regulatory investigations.Lead legal projects and mentor junior lawyers.Collaborate with business teams to align legal strategy with commercial goals.Improve legal processes and deliver training initiatives.QualificationsQualified Italian lawyer with 8–10 years' experience.Background in maritime, logistics, or terminal operations.Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.Knowledge of EU competition, sanctions, export control, and environmental laws.Experience leading legal projects and influencing senior stakeholders.Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.Experience with corporate governance and cross-border legal entity management.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset in an international, fast-paced environment.Italian and English language proficiency are a must.Location:Genoa and Vado Ligure, Italy.If you have been reading so far, we are glad to see you are interested If you could see yourself in this role, we are very much looking forward to your application.
