Overview
In this role, you will lead integrated procurement efforts to support company objectives, manage spend, and ensure compliant procurement processes. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to optimize buying activities and monitor key metrics, driving cost savings and efficiency. You'll manage contract workflows and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms. This position sits within Finance, Procurement & Facility, contributing to scalable operations and high-quality service delivery. You join a fast-paced, outcome-driven culture that values ownership and collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and monitor pricing dynamics
- Guide internal stakeholders on procurement policies and best practices
- Oversee and improve the online Contract Management System for up-to-date, compliant contracts
- Ensure adherence to internal procurement procedures and proper approval flows
- Track KPIs such as cost savings, lead times, and contract coverage and identify improvements
- Drive continuous process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality
- Support scalable operations through procurement process optimization
Requisiti fondamentali
- 1+ years in procurement, legal, or administrative roles
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related fields
- Contract-savvy mindset with attention to contractual clauses
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of supplier dynamics
- Strategic and structured thinker with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Experience negotiating media contracts is a strong plus
