We are currently looking for a Document Controller for our Engineering Centre in Fano (PU). The Document Controller ensures the efficient, accurate, and timely management of all project and corporate documentation, both in digital and physical formats. The role includes control of document numbering, templates, filing, and distribution, in line with contract requirements and corporate standards. Responsibilities: Define and apply document and correspondence management procedures according to contract and company guidelines Prepare document templates (project documents, correspondence, meeting minutes, etc.) Set up and maintain the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and Master Document Register Track and manage incoming/outgoing documents and correspondence (letters, transmittals, MoMs, technical queries, etc.) Ensure accurate filing, retrieval, and storage of documents (both digital and physical) Distribute documentation to internal teams and external parties (clients, vendors, subcontractors) as per distribution matrix Support the Planner/Project Control Engineer in updating document status and progress tracking Assist the Quality Manager in managing final documentation (Vendor Data Books, As-Built) Prepare project-related reports when requested Requirements: Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Electronic Document Management Systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent knowledge of English and French Place of work: Fano (PU) This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
