A. - 35+ years of history, 8 companies across Italy, the United States, Germany, and Switzerland, 1200+ professionals, 4 acquisitions in a single year, 1 partner, and one comprehensive solution.LOCATION : ON-SITE IN ILLINOIS, USAWe are looking for a:Driveline Verification & Validation Engineerto support the development, testing, and validation of driveline systems across agricultural and off-highway vehicle applications.The role focuses on ensuring driveline performance, durability, and system reliability through comprehensive verification and validation (V& V) activities, utilizing advanced testing methodologies and NI-based toolchains.Key responsibilities for the position:Plan and execute Verification and Validation activities for driveline systems (mechanical and control aspects).Develop and run test procedures on rigs and vehicles to evaluate system performance, durability, and functional compliance.Utilize National Instruments Veri Stand or Test Stand and Lab VIEW to implement test automation, data acquisition, and result analysis. Ensure testing is conducted in accordance with relevant standards, safety procedures, and customer requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and data management processes.Required Skills: Proven expertise in Driveline systems (mechanical layout, torque transfer, controls interface). Strong background in Verification & Validation processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting. Proficiency in National Instruments Veri Stand or Test Stand and Lab VIEW toolchains for system testing and automation. Familiarity with vehicle communication networks (CAN, LIN) and data logging tools.Understanding of mechanical and control system interactions within powertrain and driveline domains.Profile Completes:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.Minimum 3+ years of experience in driveline or powertrain testing and validation. Experience in the Agricultural sector or off-highway vehicle development is highly preferred .
