Junior Technician – Ticketing and Access Control Systems Support

Axess Italia S.r.l., the Italian subsidiary of the international Axess AG Group, a global leader in ticketing and access control solutions for ski resorts, lift systems, tourist attractions, exhibition centers, stadiums, and parking facilities, is seeking a new team member to join its technical department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers in Italy using Axess systems
• Install, configure, and maintain ticketing and access control systems
• Deliver remote and on-site support at ski resorts and tourist facilities
• Test and verify software, RFID and BLE devices, point-of-sale systems, and automatic turnstiles
• Support the commissioning and startup of new installations and projects
• Collaborate with Axess international technical and development teams

Required Profile

• Diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
• Passion for IT and emerging technologies
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, Windows operating systems, and databases
• Willingness to travel within Italy
• Good command of the English language
• Knowledge of German is considered an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Interest in tourism, mountain environments, and innovative technologies
