Stewarding Manager

We are excited to open the selection for a key role: Stewarding Manager.In this position, you will lead the stewarding and back-of-house operations of a 5-star hotel, ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all Food & Beverage areas. Working closely with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership, you will support seamless kitchen and service operations while promoting efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & HygieneOversee all stewarding operations for kitchens, outlets, banquets, and back-of-house areasEnsure full compliance with hygiene, sanitation, safety, and HACCP standardsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment care, and workflow efficiencySupport events, VIP functions, and peak operational periods with appropriate stewarding coverageLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop the stewarding team, including supervisors and casual staffPromote professionalism, engagement, wellbeing, and alignment with company valuesFoster an inclusive, respectful, and high-performance team cultureFinancial & Resource ManagementOptimize labor scheduling and productivityControl costs related to inventory, breakage, and wasteCollaborate with the Procurement team and support budgeting activitiesSustainability & InnovationPromote sustainable practices, waste reduction, and responsible use of resourcesImplement efficient and innovative stewarding solutions to improve operationsCandidate ProfileProven management experience in stewarding or operations within luxury hospitality environmentsStrong organizational, leadership, and team development skillsSolid knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety, and operational complianceAdaptable, proactive, and innovative, with a strong focus on team support and guest excellence
