With offices in the US and across destinations, our dedicated teams led by Country Managers offer the benefits of working with a US company while also providing in-depth local knowledge, support, and a complete solution from 4* to ultraluxe. Travelive expertise includes custom FIT itineraries, group and multi-generational travel, country combinations, pre-and-post cruise, shore excursions, private yacht charters, and villas. Travelive planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients. Daily interaction (email and phone) with US Travel Agents and clients. We are looking to expand our sales team for Switzerland and are seeking an experienced Travel Planner, focused on incoming travel to Switzerland. Knowledge of Switzerland as a destination including the Swiss rail system is a must.Only applicants with knowledge of Switzerland as a destination will be considered.Applicants should be highly motivated individuals seeking a career path featuring exceptional opportunities for personal and professional growth. Position: Travel Planner, Switzerland - Remote from ItalyMust be available for 2-week training from the Athens, Greece office.Responsibilities include: · Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services with focus on Switzerland· Create client profiles and prepare client quotations· Ensure inquiries are dealt with in a precise and timely manner ascertaining all requirements· Convert enquiries and meet sales targets· Deliver excellent customer service· Offer travel solutions based on client requirements and tailor itineraries to meet specific requests· Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports · Stay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and tools Qualified applicants should have:· Knowledge of travel destinations in Switzerland. Knowledge of Italy is a plus.· Experience planning and selling luxury travel in Switzerland· Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Company CRM and Booking Platform· Must be team-oriented, extremely motivated, and able to work independently · Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure · Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines· Entrepreneurial spirit· Candidates should be personable, enthusiastic, and extremely polished · Fluency in English -all communication, written and verbal is in English· Minimum 4 years of experience in the travel industry and/or in an international environment · Impeccable attention to detail is requiredTravelive offers:· A unique opportunity to grow within one of the leading Destination Management Companies in the travel industry.· Competitive salary.· Friendly and professional working environment. · An international and diverse work atmosphere· Continuous opportunities for career progression Compensation based on experience and includes salary and monthly bonus for meeting sales targets.
