Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with both short-term business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
Be a strategic partner to the regional business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights, providing recommendations to improve business performance and optimize decision making.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including scenario analysis and business case development, to support strategic decision‐making.
Drive profitability analysis and cost optimisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maximise return on investment across key business functions.
Provide financial leadership and guidance on strategic projects, such as capital investments, pricing strategies, and market entry initiatives.
Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure and improve financial and operational performance.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams, including operations, sales, and supply chain, to improve overall financial performance and drive sustainable growth.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, financial excellence, and professional development.
We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Finance Business Partnering Manager to support senior business leaders, drive financial performance, and deliver actionable insights that enable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions and drive performance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and monthly performance reviews.
Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and business case analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Drive profitability improvement and cost optimisation across the market.
Lead commercial finance activities, focusing on customer and business profitability.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve financial and operational performance.
Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, statutory reporting, and balance sheet integrity.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high‐performance culture.
What We're Looking For Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision‐making.
Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Professional accounting qualification and/or relevant finance degree preferred.
Salary and Benefits Salary 65,000 - 69,000€ annual gross salary Level Quadro - CCNL Commercio. All CCNL provided benefits applicable to this level are included.
