To take our company to the next level, we are looking for a Head of Data to join Unobravo. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Data drives strategy and decision‐making across the company, building on the strong foundations we've established across Data Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Science.

We're looking for someone who can connect business strategy with data strategy, helping Data become an even stronger strategic partner while unlocking opportunities through analytics, experimentation, AI and Machine Learning.

What You'll Do
Our Head of Data will lead and evolve our multidisciplinary Data organisation, ensuring Data is embedded into how Unobravo plans, prioritises and makes decisions. You will lead a team of 12 talented professionals across Data Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Science, defining the vision, strategy and operating model for the function.

Rather than focusing on the technical implementation of every solution, you'll ensure we're solving the right problems, at the right time, with the greatest business impact. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Data at Unobravo, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Operations and Leadership to turn data into one of the company's greatest strategic advantages.

You will be responsible for: Leading and developing a high‐performing multidisciplinary Data organisation across Data Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Science. Defining and executing Unobravo's Data strategy, aligning priorities with business goals. Owning the strategic Data roadmap, balancing business needs, technical investment and long‐term platform health. Partnering with Product, Marketing, Operations and Leadership to translate business challenges into high‐impact Data initiatives.

Prioritising work based on business value, technical feasibility and team capacity. Embedding Data into strategic planning and decision‐making across the organisation. Championing experimentation, measurement and evidence‐based decision making. Increasing visibility into the health, maturity and opportunities within our data ecosystem.

Continuing to evolve our Analytics, Machine Learning and AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to deliver measurable business impact. Must have Business leadership Proven experience leading multidisciplinary Data teams. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect Data strategy to commercial outcomes. Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross‐functional alignment. Excellent prioritisation, planning and organisational leadership skills. A track record of positioning Data as a strategic partner to the business.

Technical credibility Strong understanding of Data Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Science. Previous hands‐on experience in at least one Data discipline. The ability to engage confidently with technical teams while translating complex concepts into business decisions.

Strong AI and data literacy, with the ability to identify where emerging technologies can create meaningful business value and inspire teams to continuously innovate. A leadership mindset focused not only on how things are built, but on why, when and where Data creates the greatest impact. Experience in healthcare, healthtech, marketplaces or other digital businesses. Background in consulting, strategy or other highly cross‐functional environments. Experience with experimentation, Product Analytics, Marketing Measurement or Machine Learning.

Familiarity with modern BI and data visualisation tools. You'll be successful if you: Have familiarity with modern BI and data visualisation tools.
