For our client part of a global industrial company, we are seeking aPRODUCTION PLANNERKey responsibilities:Take ownership of production planning across multiple lines (make to stock and make to order), ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.Translate business needs into actionable production schedules, balancing capacity, material availability, and customer priorities.Lead the implementation of digital tools (MES, Power BI KPI dashboards, others) to continuous improve and streamline planning processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and improve responsiveness.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (OTD, throughput, inventory levels) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to strategic planning and capacity expansion projects as the company scales.Requirements:BS inIndustrial Engineering, Managerial or Mechanical Engineering , or related fields.3 years of experience in production planningwithin a manufacturing environment.Strong command ofERP systemsand planning tools.Analytical mindsetwith a proactive,problem-solving approach.Experience withdigital transformation projects(e.g., MES implementation, data analytics).Familiarity withLean Manufacturing principlesand process optimization.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsA passion for improvement, innovation, and making things work betterFluent in English ; additional languages are a plus.Curiosity, sense of ownership, results-orientation and autonomy are key soft skills to be successful in the role.Place of work: Milano (north)/On-siteIf you are interested in this role, please forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, authorizing the treatment of your personal data according to Dlgs. 196/03 & GDPR specifyingPP59
