Overview
In this role you work with clients to gather data, test hypotheses, and shape actionable recommendations. You join tight-knit teams to influence growth and marketing outcomes across industries, leveraging structured learning and mentorship. You'll contribute to omni-channel strategies and drive marketing-driven profit growth while building leadership capabilities. This opportunity combines hands-on client work with intensive coaching and global collaboration to accelerate your development.

Responsabilità
- Gather and analyze information to form recommendations for client leadership
- Develop and test hypotheses and present findings to clients
- Collaborate in teams of 3–5 consultants on client projects
- Help set strategic direction and build marketing and sales capabilities for client organizations
- Engage with clients across major industries and contribute to omni-channel growth initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree
- Experience in operational or strategic marketing or growth-focused consulting
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to travel
- Effective written and verbal communication in English and local language(s)
