ABOUT US:Our company:Founded in 1981, TCL Electronics (HKSE 01070), is a leading company for Consumer Electronics with 25.000 employees across 78 countries and is now ranked n°2 worldwide LCD TV supplier.TCL Electronics has developed specific expertise, promoting vertical integration, i.e. manufacturing of its LEDTVs from A to Z.We are official partner of the Country Football Team.TCL's slogan or signature, « The Creative Life », sets the tone.Our strengths:• Taste for challenge of all teams• High development ambitions• International outreach• Industrial vertical integration• European HQ based in France, just a stone's throw from Paris (Issy les Moulineaux) For more information, kindly visit our website.Role Overview:The Trade Marketing Specialist will develop and execute strategies to increase sales through trade partners.Responsibilities include online / offline campaigns plan, delivery and result monitoring coordinating with sales teams.This role bridges marketing and sales, ensuring that the company's products are effectively marketed at the trade level to boost sell-through.Key responsibilities• Strategy and planning: Develop and implement trade marketing plans and promotionalactivities to meet business objectives.• Sales support / Campaign Plan: Create and distribute sales materials, like promotional flyers, online visual, define ATL campaign including TV / RADIO / digital assets with retail partners.• Partner collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to understand their needs and implement joint initiatives.• Channel management: Ensure brand visibility and consistent implementation of promotional campaigns across all relevant trade channels.• Data analysis: Analyze market data, sales reports, and competitor activity to measurecampaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.• Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing product and communication teams to ensure alignment between consumer marketing and trade strategies.Essential skills and qualifications• +5 years experience in same role within CE market• Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is often required.• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required.• Ability to think critically and creatively.• A proactive, commercial mindset
