As Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves managing manufacturing processes, optimizing resources, and leading a team to achieve operational targets aligned with company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management:- Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.- Monitor workflow and adjust resources to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.Process Improvement:- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement lean manufacturing principles.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve productivity.Quality & Compliance:- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain product quality and resolve issues promptly.Team Leadership:- Lead, coach, and develop the manufacturing team to foster a high-performance culture.- Manage staffing levels, training, and performance evaluations.Budget & Reporting:- Manage manufacturing budgets and control operational costs.- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and improvement plans.What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and safety standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
