Headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan, outside of Detroit, LINK maintains testing laboratories, manufacturing, and support facilities around the globe.A talented service technician/engineer is needed to install and maintain machines (brake test equipment) on-site for customers.Independent commissioning, maintenance, and calibration of brake tests and other test bench systemsFault analyses and repairs of all LINK systems and devicesWriting procedures and work instructionsTroubleshooting and repair of instrumentationTechnician/master craftsman, engineering degree specializing in electrical engineering/mechatronics/mechanical engineering;Experience in calibration (Decelerometer, Accelerometer, Vmax Data Logger, Humidity sensors)Preferred previous experience in commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment test machineSpecific knowledge of the electrical part of Machine assembly or inspectionKnowledge of MS OfficeGood knowledge of English languageCustomer and service-oriented appearance and corresponding work attitude;Willingness to travel (70%), mainly EuropeCareer prospects in an international and dynamic company with a well-known tradition of qualityVaried and technically complex work content with high added valueTechnical trainingAttractive salary with flexible working hours and high job securityPermanent employment contract
