Within the Operations area, we are seeking a HSE Specialist for our office in Sesto Calende (VA).
The duties of the HSE Specialist, in its whole, consist in:
- Help ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations;
- Manage the main processes related with HSE management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001);
- Prepare and verify technical procedures and operating instructions relating to HSE system;
- Verification of compliance with standards of health and safety at work - drafting and updating HS documents (DVR);
- Manage accident and near misses analysis;
- Carry out all work in accordance with the Regulatory, Legislative and Contractual requirements;
- Manage accident and near misses analysis;
- Carry out activities concerning the Chemical Management (i.e. MSDS evaluation; Chemical Risk assessment) and REACH impact on HSE activities;
- Ensure Corporate Reporting related to HSE;
- Arrange for Induction & periodic HSE training of employees and workmen;
- Interface with External Bodies (ASL, ARPA, Provincia etc.) during surveillance audits;
- Ensure compliance of plant operations with regulatory requirements relating to air, solid waste, chemical, water, health and safety.
Requirements:
- Qualification: University degree (Security, Chemical, Environment)
- Seniority: Junior: 1–3 years of experience
Hard Skills:
- Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations (mandatory)
- Knowledge of main processes related with HSE management systems (mandatory)
- Ability to Manage accident and near misses analysis (nice to have)
Soft Skills:
