Position:

We are expanding our Legislative Compliance – FGAS and Thermal Cadastre division and seek an intern. You will provide essential support in documentation handling, customer support, and regulatory verification.

Key Tasks:

  • Process and respond to client submissions concerning compliance duties;
  • Review, validate, and prepare technical and administrative files for FGAS standards and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE);
  • Manage data entry and synchronization on regulatory portals and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to safeguard regulatory deadlines and legal commitments;
  • Travel to premises for inspections and field assistance when project needs arise.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma, preferably in Thermal/Plumbing, Energy, Mechanics, or comparable;
  • Eager to dive into plant regulations and statutory compliance;
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word proficiency required);
  • Organized, precise, and highly attentive to detail;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong client-service focus;
  • Open to dual responsibilities involving office work and on-site client interactions.
