We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth for a portfolio of luxury train journeys designed for the world's most discerning travelers.Based in Rome , this role will focus on developing international sales strategies, building strong relationships with high-end travel partners, and positioning luxury rail travel as a premier experiential offering worldwide.Key Responsibilities :Develop and execute international sales strategies for luxury train experiencesBuild and manage relationships with strategic partnersRepresent the brand at global trade shows and luxury travel eventsCollaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioningMonitor performance, identify market trends, and drive new business opportunitiesEnsure an exceptional pre-travel experience for elite clienteleWhat We're Looking For:5–7 years of senior sales experience in luxury hospitality or luxury travelStrong international network within the high-end travel ecosystemExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsFluency in English and in Italian. Additional languages are a plusWillingness to travel internationallyPassion for luxury travel, experiential journeys, and storytellingThis is a unique opportunity to be part of an iconic travel concept where heritage, design, and experiential luxury come together.
