Within the B.U. Business Security – Aeronautics Division Security, we are looking for a Security Supervisory Manager for B.U. Service, at our Turin Caselle Sud office.

The person, supporting the Division Security Manager, will provide operational and managerial contributions to the following activities:

- Coordination and management of Physical Security and TULPS, supporting the Division Security Manager. Specifically, the resource will:

  • Define and coordinate the operations of the Surveillance service dedicated to protecting company assets.
  • Manage the organization and devices of Physical Security regarding critical issues or Security needs that arise during the course of Business activities.
  • Define and monitor the development of activities for the implementation or integration of active and passive physical security infrastructures.
  • Coordinate the Physical Security organization through the preparation of prevention and contrast measures against any internal and external threats to the Company.
  • Support the TULPS License Holders in fulfilling the regulations concerning the matter.
  • Verify the development of Programs through the control of the correct observance of Security requirements provided by company procedures and guidelines on Security matters.

Educational Qualification
Degree/Diploma in legal/technical fields

Seniority
Experience equal to or greater than 10 years in similar roles

Technical Skills

  • knowledge of regulations and technologies in physical security
  • knowledge of verification and analysis methodologies for company procedures;
  • knowledge of TULPS regulations.

Behavioral Skills

  • ability to work in a team;
  • excellent interpersonal skills;
  • speed in understanding the context and adapting the relationship based on the interlocutor (company structures, government and program stakeholders, Prefectures, Law Enforcement, Institutional Bodies, etc.);
