Overview
In this role you support the International Corporate Cash Management Sales team to grow advanced cash management and treasury solutions for Italian and multinational clients. You will collaborate with international groups to address cross-border liquidity, payments and treasury transformation needs. The position emphasizes developing commercial relationships, proposing tailored liquidity and digital treasury solutions, and managing cross-border projects and RFPs. You will play a key part in shaping client solutions and driving international collaboration within a leading European bank.
Responsabilità
- Develop commercial relationships with Italian and multinational corporate clients across Cash Management, Treasury Services and Transactions
- Propose liquidity management, payments and digital treasury solutions with Coverage and Product Specialists
- Support cross-border Cash Pooling and Treasury Transformation projects for clients
- Participate in international RFP and tender processes for multinational Transaction Banking services
- Identify business opportunities through portfolio analysis and commercial development
- Collaborate with international teams on tailor-made solutions and commercial initiatives for global clients
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in Transaction Banking, Cash Management and advanced Payments & Liquidity Management solutions
- Knowledge of corporate treasury processes, payments, collections, and liquidity management in multinational environments
- Experience with international Cash Pooling, Treasury Management Systems and host-to-host integrations
- Strong commercial development and relationship management with corporate and multinational clients
- Management of RFP/RFI processes and cross-border Transaction Banking projects
- Fluent English – CEFR C1 level
- Degree in Economics, Finance or related fields
- Previous experience in international environments, Payments, fintech or Global Transaction Banking a plus
