Are you fluent in French and looking for an international career opportunity with relocation support and remote work? Join a global customer experience team and work remotely while living in Greece
Position Overview
As a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative , you will provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and/or chat. Youll be responsible for resolving inquiries, handling requests efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Work From Home (WAH) Information
If relocating: Work From Home setup will be based in Athens
If already in Greece: Work From Home is possible anywhere in Greece
Relocation Package (for EU candidates)
Flight ticket (within the EU)
Airport pickup
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Document interactions accurately in internal systems
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive brand representation
Requirements
Fluent French (C1 level or higher)
Good English skills (B2 or higher)
EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills
