You will contribute to the company's growth and success by managing strategic projects that will have a direct impact on management control on an international scale.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out documentation and administrative activities related to the contract lifecycle
  • Coordinating supplier onboarding and ensuring the collection and validation of documentation
  • Managing the digital signature process for contracts and overseeing the operational workflow
  • Maintaining alignment between management systems and official documentation
  • Supporting the integration of new affiliates, analyzing spending, identifying duplicate contracts, and rationalizing suppliers
  • Producing reports for the supervisory body and supporting the Compliance function

What skills are we looking for?

  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in similar roles, preferably within structured organizations
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and contract management tools
  • Skills in advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, or equivalent
  • Experience in IT/software contracts is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, compliance orientation, and ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
  • Fluent English (C1); knowledge of French is considered an asset
