Operation Manager – Logistica, Consegna e Montaggio MobiliContratto: Full time – Tempo indeterminatoL'Operation Manager coordina e ottimizza tutte le attività operative legate alla logistica, al trasporto e al montaggio dei mobili, garantendo efficienza, puntualità e qualità del servizio. Pianificare e monitorare le attività di consegna e montaggio presso i clienti, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi e la soddisfazione del cliente finale.Coordinare gli autisti e le squadre di montaggio, garantendo una gestione efficace delle risorse e delle priorità operative.Supervisionare la gestione dei flussi di entrata/uscita e dell'inventario.Implementare procedure e KPI per migliorare produttività, efficienza e controllo dei costi.Assicurare il rispetto delle normative in materia di sicurezza, qualità e trasporto.Collaborare con la funzione HR per la gestione del personale operativo e del budget del Plant.Analizzare i dati operativi e predisporre report periodici per la Direzione.Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affini (titolo preferenziale).Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli operativi nel settore logistico o arredamento (consegna e montaggio mobili o simili).Conoscenza approfondita delle logiche di supply chain, trasporti e magazzino.Capacità di leadership e di gestione di team numerosi.Miglioramento dei KPI di efficienza logistica e di puntualità delle consegne.Aumento della soddisfazione dei clienti e del livello di qualità percepita del servizio.
