As part of the Global Legal and General Affairs Department, within Intellectual Property &Commercial Litigation, you will report directly to the Head of the Global Patent andGlobal patent portfolio management: Strategic analysis: M&A and in-licensing projects, ensuring sound IP risk management and strategic alignment.~ Legal advisory support: Assist the legal team in patent infringement or invalidity disputesQualified European Patent Attorney.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly advise internal stakeholders.Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.Menarini Group is the leading Italian pharmaceutical company in the world, a guarantee of internationally recognised quality.
