We empower investors across Europe to access unique real estate opportunities while ensuring transparency, security, and growth.We are now seeking a proactive and results-driven Head of Financing to join our team. This role requires strong ownership, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to generate, manage, and scale fundraising activities across the region.Job description:Drive Business Development: Manage the sales pipeline by generating borrower's leads, cultivating referral business, and establishing strong relationships with new and existing clients. Consult with Applicants: Meet with clients to explain the terms, risks, and benefits of loan products, as well as applicable government regulations. Facilitate Loan Processing: Ensure all required documentation is submitted to the loan underwriting department and properly recorded in electronic format.Represent the Company: Act as a representative of the employer, maintaining professional relationships and promoting the company's values.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in real estate (lending, asset management, development, or legal).Strong background in finance or law.Fluency in English and Italian.Demonstrated ability to generate and close deal flow through networks, brokers, and marketing channels.Proven track record of taking ownership of business development and delivering measurable results.Company offers:Up to 10000 EUR gross monthly salary.Trial period - 3 months.1 additional day off per month.After the trial period - a membership at any sports club of candidates choice.Hybrid work mode.
